商会主席华刚林出席2023年国际农产品市场与贸易（春季）论坛

AmCham China Chairman Colm Rafferty attends the 2023 International Agricultural Market and Trade Forum's Spring Meeting

3月2日，中国美国商会主席华刚林在北京举办的2023年国际农产品市场与贸易（春季）论坛上围绕全球食品安全、农产品贸易现状与供应链安全等话题发表了演讲。

On March 2, AmCham China Chairman Colm Rafferty, delivered a speech at the 2023 International Agricultural Market and Trade Forum's Spring Meeting in Beijing. Rafferty's remarks centered on critical issues, such as global food security, the current state of agricultural product trade, and supply chain security.

除此之外，论坛还邀请到农业农村部国际合作司司长隋鹏飞、中国人民大学党委常委、副校长王轶和商务部对外贸易司二级巡视员承春发表演讲。

Alongside Rafferty, other speakers at the forum included Sui Pengfei, Director-General of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs; Wang Yi, Vice President of Renmin University; and Cheng Chun from the Foreign Trade Department of the Ministry of Commerce.

3月3日，北京市人大民宗侨外委员会及市政府有关部门莅临商会调研，商会总裁何迈可、副总裁马琼娜、中国美国商会中国政府事务委员会主席周兵携会员企业参加座谈。

On March 3, AmCham China President Michael Hart, Vice President Claire Ma, Mr. Zhou Bing, Chair of AmCham China's Chinese Government Affairs Committee, along with other member representatives welcomed the visit of BJ Minicipal People's Congress and relevant government departments.

商会总裁何迈可向潘临珠主任递送2023年度《中国商务环境调查报告》

会议上，商会总裁何迈可向到访来宾介绍了商会于3月1日发布的2023年度《中国商务环境调查报告》的主要内容。双方还围绕中美经贸关系、中国营商环境等议题进行了交流。

During the meeting, President Michael Hart provided a briefing on the 2023 China Business Climate Survey Report released by AmCham China on March 1. The two sides exchanged views on US-China trade and economic relationship, as well as China's foreign investment environment.

3月3日，中国美国商会总裁何迈可与副总裁马琼娜会见了中国科学技术交流中心高翔主任。双方就中美科技关系、科技创新政策、在华跨国企业研发等议题进行坦诚交流。

On March 3, AmCham China President Michael Hart and Vice President Claire Ma met with MOST Exchange Center Director-General Gao Xiang. The two sides exchanged views on US-China science and technology relations, science and innovation policies, as well as research and development by multinational companies in China.

会议上，商会总裁何迈可介绍了2023年度《中国商务环境调查报告》的内容，并表示中国美国商会将继续为增进两国相互理解发挥桥梁作用。高翔主任表示，科技部愿与中国美国商会和美国在华科技型企业加强联系，推动两国产业界开展务实合作。

During the meeting, President Michael Hart introduced the 2023 China Business Climate Survey Report and pledged that AmCham China will continue to serve as a bridge to enhance mutual understanding between the two countries. Director-General Gao concluded that the Ministry of Science and Technology is willing to strengthen ties with AmCham China and US technology companies in Beijing to promote practical cooperation within the industry.
